What your trade expects, and where it lives here

Built to the standard of the best systems in this trade

Estimating & sales

  • Inquiry to quotation

Every inquiry is logged with what the customer wants, a site visit where needed, and a quotation on your letterhead with the deposit on its face.

    CRM

  • Deposit before work starts

The deposit is receipted against the order by M-Pesa or bank, and carried onto the final invoice.

    Sales

  • Price lists for trade buyers

Showroom, contractor and dealer prices; the customer's list prices the quote.

    Sales

Bills of materials & production orders

  • Bills of materials

A recipe per product with component quantities, a scrap allowance and versions, one marked as the default; a component can have its own recipe.

    Manufacturing

  • Routings and work centres

Operations in order, each with setup and run minutes, costed at the work centre's hourly rate.

    Manufacturing

  • Cost roll-up and suggested price

Material, labour and overhead roll up through sub-assemblies into a unit cost, and the markup you type gives a selling price.

    Manufacturing

  • Production orders with a shortage list

Confirming an order explodes the recipe for the quantity and lists exactly what the store is short of.

    Manufacturing

  • Material issue and return

Materials leave the store at current cost, in part or in full; the store cannot be overdrawn and unused material goes back.

    Manufacturing

  • Time and scrap on the order

Operations are started and finished, or minutes typed in, and scrap is recorded with a reason and charged to the order.

    Manufacturing

  • Finished goods at actual cost

Part or full completions enter the finished-goods store at actual unit cost — material, labour and overhead — and the ledger follows.

    Manufacturing

  • Make to order

A confirmed sales order line becomes a linked production order in one press, and never twice.

    Manufacturing

Work orders & the floor

  • Work orders

A numbered work order (WO-2026-0001) carries the specification, the materials list, the checklist, the fundi responsible and the due date, and prints as the floor traveller.

    Projects

  • Stages from cutting to installation

Materials, production, finishing, inspection, delivery, installation — each move stamped with who and when, with hold and cancel reasons.

    Projects

  • Production board by section

Open work orders by section and due date, so the week's load is a screen rather than a guess.

    Projects

  • Inspection checklist

Every work order starts with the standard checks — dimensions, joints, finish, fabric against the approved sample — ticked before delivery.

    Projects

  • Actual job costing

Material, labour and other cost on the work order against the quoted amount, margin worked out for you.

    Projects

Materials & buying

  • Raw materials, WIP and finished goods

Separate stores for raw materials, work in progress and finished goods, with transfers between them.

    Inventory

  • Timber, board, foam, fabric, steel

Material categories and the units the trade buys in — sheets, lengths, running feet, rolls, kilos — arrive set up.

    Inventory

  • Reorder points

Minimum levels per material, and a low-stock report by supplier.

    Inventory

  • Requisition, LPO, GRN

Purchase requests from the floor, approved purchase orders, goods received and supplier bills.

    Purchases

  • Subcontracted work

Powder coating, glass or CNC work billed by the supplier and costed to its own account.

    Purchases

Delivery & money

  • Delivery notes with sign-off

Part or full deliveries, signed for by a named receiver.

    Sales

  • Invoice from the finished job

A completed work order prompts the balance invoice the same day.

    Automations

  • Casuals and permanent staff

Kenyan payroll for permanent staff, with attendance and leave; casual wages post to their own account.

    HR & Payroll

  • Profit by job

Invoiced against expenses and time, per work order and per customer.
